Do you have a computer without an operating system? Does your computer have an existing operating system, but it's time for a fresh start? Do you want to erase your current operating system and install a fresh copy of Windows XP or Vista? If you want to start fresh with a new installation of an operating system, this is the service for you.
Here's what we'll do:
- We'll make sure that your computer is capable of installing and running the new operating system. If you are installing Windows Vista we will also run the Vista Upgrade Advisor on your current operating system, if installed, to see which Vista premium features will be available for your new PC.
- We'll perform a clean installation of your new operating system on the computer. This will erase any old files or data off of your hard drive.
- We'll install computer driver files, install current Windows Updates, create up to five new user profiles on the computer, install antispyware and antivirus software, block known malicious websites on the computer and connect you to an existing wired or wireless network.

Important Information:
- Operating System software is not included in the price of this package. If you are installing an operating system on the computer for the first time, or installing a different operating system than your current operating system, you will need to purchase an operating system CD / DVD and license key. If you wish for us to re-install the same operating system on the same computer you may not need to re-purchase an operating system. Please speak to a technician if you have any questions about your need to purchase an operating system license.
- Windows Vista requires a DVD drive to install.
- Please locate any drivers or software CDs for the computer prior to operating system installation. We may need your driver CDs to install critical drivers onto the computer, such as sound drivers or network drivers
Pricing:
This service is available for a flat fee of $120.00.

Additional Options Include:
- Printer Setup: We'll install a printer for you on the same computer for an additional $10.00
- Parental Controls Setup (Vista Only): We'll configure parental controls settings for up to five users for an additional $15.00
- Software Title Install: We'll install one piece of software of your choosing on the computer for an additional $5.00
