Here's what we'll do:
- We'll update your antivirus and antispyware software and perform full scans using these programs. We will then allow these programs to remove any spyware or viruses found. If your computer does not have antivirus or antispyware software installed, or your antivirus and antispyware software does not catch the source of the problem, we will install free antispyware and antivirus software and run full system scans using these programs to attempt automated removal of the problem.
- In the event that the antivirus or antispyware software does not detect or cannot remove the virus or spyware source we will manually diagnose the source of the problem. We will then manually remove the source of the problem or infection.
- Once the virus or spyware source has been completely removed from your computer we will perform steps to prevent any future virus or spyware infections. We will ensure that your antivirus and antispyware programs are working properly. We will also install other files and programs designed to block the installation of dangerous programs. We will also block your access to known dangerous spyware and virus websites in order to prevent any future infection.
Pricing:
This service is available at an hourly rate of $55.00 per hour, with a maximum possible charge of $220.00.

If we determine that your computer needs a full operating system reinstallation to remove the virus or spyware source we will provide our Operating System Installation service for you at the above hourly rate or at the current price of our Operating System installation service, whichever rate is lower. We will also help you back up any essential data from the infected computer before we erase the hard drive for the operating system install. If this is the case we will explain all of your options to you before taking any actions. We will never erase your data without your consent. |
